Tea, which is considered refined thing by many poets, is endowed with unique personality through Huang Tingjian's glorification. Therefore, this thesis tries from the intrinsic connection between Huang Tingjian's tea poetry and self- personality to discuss and make a systemic research, either shows his personality from his tea poems, or enjoys his tea poems connectted with his personality. The main points and contents are as follows:Huang Tingjian created aesthetic atmosphere with his unique perspectives, he stressed the elegant features and pure identity about the tea. And by this way, he creates different styles. His poems contains fresh, graceful and sincere characters.The tea described by Huang Tingjian is already beyond its physical attributes and becomes the reflection of his self-personality and spirit , which is given a huge symbolic significance. His tea poems have some connection with his self-personality in some extent. In his tea poems, we don't only feel his love for drinking tea, but also the reflection of his unique personality. Huang Tingjian, he often tends to express their rational attitudes about their life and aims. He often combines personal feelings and aspirations of its features with the tea poems.
