The author believes that pattern of culture is that people could be generally accepted basic lift style or behaviour style that is relatively stable composed by the survival practice,value orientation,customs,ethics norm and other in a nation or special times.The pattern of culture is the type of diversification, bacause of any types of culture is integrated to a special culture pattern through historical tradition and society development. From the analysis of the effects of the pattern of culture, it is in their own pattern of culture will be integrated in the cultural practicical to the native culture. This integration is the essence of nation to use national value, national consciousness and those negative national personality filter nation, the nation of emotional indifference to activate the process of nation for those negative national identity to guide the initiative. Therefore, the pattern of culture sublime and guide the national spirit formed the driving force of the social ideology, in nation and individual these two areas to turn promote the continuous development of the ethos.The ethos on the value of national culture has two main activities, namely, the value of direct and indirect value.
