Marxist view of culture has provided a scientific theoretical guidance for the development of domestic cultural industry,and it has also advanced the prosperous development of the cultural industry in China.Generally,our economy is still developing rapidly,and yet the cultural construction of ethnic minorities is still left behind.In particular,their cultural industry is confronted with many problems such as upgrading and transformation,structural adjustment and in-scale expansion in the development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and realist significance to combine the Marxist view of culture with the national cultural industry to find a new path for the flourishing development of national cultural industry.The paper makes a study on the development of national cultural industry under the Marxist view of culture,with the Ewenke national cultural industry in Inner Mongolia as the study object.Through investigation and analysis on its status quo,the problems,such as small industrial scale,lack of professional talents and shortage of national brand,have been combed out.Then,corresponding counter measures and resolutions have been put forward.Marxist view of culture has provided a scientific view of world,methodology and view of value for the development of national cultural industry,that is,to respect the objective laws and adhere to the socialist development of culture.In addition,Marxist dialectics should be used to activate the development.With the method of systems theory,generality-specification integration and the inheritance-innovation integration,and the concept of human orientation,specific problems which constrain the development of national cultural industry can be fully addressed...
