On The Ecological Ideas Of Aytmatov's Novels

Ecological criticism is a new method of literary criticism sprung up in the mid and late 20th century, which gradually became a literary criticism trend with great influence in the 1990s ,be expressed in literary field, it is human beings' reflection on human being and nature relations on background of the modernization process.The novel series of Aytmatov express his examination and anxiety about the destroyed natural ecology and the unbalanced spirit world of human beings, the novelist reveals ecological problems from the perspective of human nature, morality and faith, which generates unique value .This paper uses ecological criticism-related theory to analyze his ecological ideas from the aspects of natural ecology and spirit ecology. Part one is introduction which reveals the significance of study Aytmatov's ecological ideas. Part two is an outline of Aytmatov and his ecological novels. Part three and part four are analysis on his ideas of natural ecology and spiritual ecology. Part five is the conclusion of this paper, which surveys the value of Aytmatov's ideas.
