In such a rapid speed of urban rail transportation construction and development today, the safe driving or operating of drivers has a direct impact on the life and safety of passengers. Based on the study driving safety-related issues, separate from their habitat selection metro drivers on the occupational stress levels as the starting point, and focusing on metro drivers from the current level of occupational stress, inquiring affect drivers of occupational stress the deep-seated factors, then analysis of these factors on the level of occupational stress the extent and relevance of measurement and evaluation by metro drivers occupational health standards outline of the factors, and in this building on the basis of the establishment of a professional mental health drivers test assessment system for the future in the field research provides a thought. Among the main tasks include:1) Through the relevant literature on the existing technology research programmers were analyzed to find the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, the operation viable, cost estimates on the full feasibility studies and ultimately determine the most suitable areas of metro drivers Occupational stress measurement methods, and because of the scale is the first time introduced into the field, the method must be reliability, validity and the structure of a reasonable degree of analysis, determines that the methodology in the area of the availability of the MTR.2) With the active cooperation of Beijing MTR operating company, organized large-scale metro drivers focus on personnel testing. In addition to testing the issue which is has some relationship with occupational stress; give the test about the driver's ability to work (WAI), mental health (SCL90) and personality characteristics (16 PF) test and eventually received 168 valid driver's test data at the same time.3) With the SPSS analysis and processing the test data, provide an objective basis for the future of the MTR industry. Classify various factors drivers which affect of occupational stress and summarized in four points: a driver's individual characteristics, personality, ability to work and mental health status. Paper will give a detailed analysis about factors affecting firstly, get driver's psychological health of the outline, and in this study based on various factors on the impact of occupational stress and take the appropriate statistical methods, the use of rapid cluster analysis, relevant analysis, linear regression analysis and other means, these factors are between the qualitative and quantitative mutual relations, forming a subway drivers professional mental health-related testing standards and assessment criteria for the metro area of the driver of mental health to provide a certain amount of research theoretical basis.4) Design a metro driver's professional mental health database system, with JSP to develop a professional driver for the mental health of testing and evaluation systems. The system will be subject institute formed the theoretical achievements of the corresponding technical standards and models, conduct background data processing, to the driver of the MTR industry professional mental health assessment tests and provide valuable advice to improve and the corresponding support measures for the management of MTR industry to provide an objective evaluation tools, and the issue of the value system.
