ObjectResearch the mental health condition of employees in medical industry andvariables relationship of affecting factors.MethodThe research conducted questionnaire survey through the test on2200samples of6hospitals in Shanxi province, and measured the current conditions of medicalinstitutions practitioner in4aspects including the occupation stress, burnout,satisfaction and physical and mental health through ‘Balance sheet of paying andreturn’,‘Working content sheet’,‘Occupation burnout sheet’,‘Minnesotasatisfaction sheet’,‘Living quality sheet’ and ‘Anxiety sheet’. The research adoptedsoftwares of Spss21.0and Amos21.0in the data analysis, utilized T-test, F-test,person related analysis and regression analysis, and discussed the relationshipthrough modules construction.Result1.In the regression analysis, the job requirements significantly predict the generalhealth status with Beta=0.062(P<0.05), and the job requirements significantlypredict the social function with Beta=0.053(P<0.05), the degree of autonomysignificantly predict mental health with Beta=0.081(P=0.001), the job requirementssignificantly predict mental health with Beta=0.055(P<0.01), the external paysignificantly predict physical pain with Beta=-0.084(P=0.007), internal inputssignificantly predict somatic pain with Beta=0.098(P=0.01), the external pay significantly predict the general health with Beta=-0.092(P=0.003), the internalinputs significantly predict general health status with Beta=0.116(P<0.001), theexternal pay significantly predict energy with Beta=-0.120(P<0.001), the externalpay significantly predict mental health with Beta=0.122(P<0.001), the returnsignificantly predict mental health with Beta=-0.141(P<0.001), the inner inputsignificantly predict mental health with Beta=0.074(P=0.01), the returnssignificantly predict health changes with Beta=0.112(P<0.001), the inner inputsignificantly predict health changes with Beta=-0.092(P=0.001), the social supportsignificantly predict anxiety with Beta=-0.080(P=0.001), the internal inputssignificantly predict anxiety with Beta=-0.103(P <0.001).2.(1)The path coefficient of paying and return on occupation satisfaction is-0.658(p<0.001);(2)The path coefficient of working content on occupationsatisfaction is0.642(p<0.001);(3)The path coefficient of occupation burnout onanxiety is0.16(p<0.001);(4)The path coefficient of working content on occupationburnout is-0.15(p<0.001);(5)The path coefficient of paying and return onoccupation burnout is0.53(p<0.001);(6)The path coefficient of workingsatisfaction on anxiety is0.765(p<0.001);(7)The path coefficient of workingcontent on anxiety is not significan(tp〉0.05);(8)The path coefficient of paying andreturn on anxiety is not significant(p〉0.05);Conclusion(1)Different demographical variables in the test has significant difference inoccupation stress, burnout, satisfaction and physical and mental health;(2)Occupation stress has significant impact on working burnout and satisfactionof individuals, while it has rarely impact on individual physical and mental health;(3)Individual perception on working burnout and satisfaction shall exert aninfluence on the living quality and anxiety of individuals; (4)As the paying and return and the working content, the satisfaction plays therole in the comprehensive mediator of anxiety, while there is no mediator effect inthe occupation burnout.
