Study On The Status Quo Of Urban Community Music Culture In Urumqi

With the accelerated process of urbanization and the development of urban community building, community culture in modern society plays an increasingly important role. Music as the culture carrier, has the important meaning to the cultural exchange and the inheritance.The community music culture, which not only playing the important link role in enrich people's cultural life, popularize mass music, promote social stability and unity and boost a harmonious society , but also has powerfully promoted the formation and development of social culture environment. In this paper, the author has taken some on-the-spot case study to certain typical communities on the basis of a whole study on community music cultural of Urumqi, and has carried on systemic analysis to the status quo about the development of music culture's in Urumqi.The article is divided into five parts:The first part has defined the concept of the community , elaborated the research background of this paper.The second part is to the Urumqi community and the community music culture outline. Mainly includes community development outlined in Urumqi, Urumqi City Community Music Culture status quo, the Urumqi community music culture organization and the management.The third part is the case studies to the community in Urumqi and the community literary art organizations.the fourth part is the analysis to the status quo of community music cultural. through carding the survey data, the author has carried on thorough and meticulous analysis to the status about functions and characteristics of Urumqi community music culture.The fifth Part , on the base of the research ,and the questions which exist in view of Urumqi community music culture development, the author gave the corresponding comment and the suggestion.
