The Research On Community Culture Of Jinxin Community Huaxi District Of Guiyang City

Since the accelerating process that modernization of rural agriculture, rural urbanization and the Urban-rural integration, create a carrier which is the rise of suburban community culture. In turn, the cultural construction of suburban communities to promote the "Farner’s shape" as well as on human social interaction, freedom to create, has an important function on a higher level of self-development to meet the spiritual needs. Community culture is the rise of a new era of social and cultural patterns, that has relatively little research. In particular, the newer suburban as a kind of community type, relative to the general community and the city has many unique characteristics, its cultural construction practice is like to wade across the stream by feeling the way.This paper investigated and analyzed in status of community cultural development of Jinxin community, Huaxi District,Guiyang, intended to sample of Jinxin community, summarize the successful experience, analyze their problems and expectations to provide a reference for exploring suburban community cultural development.This paper consists of four parts.The first part mainly uses literature and field research on the suburban community cultural development theory, combined with the actual situation of the Jinxin community to prepare a community cultural development questionnaire.The second part is the use of a questionnaire survey, conducted from cultural facilities, cultural activities, community cultural consumption, community spiritual civilization, community living environment, five aspects to investigate from Jinxin community residents.The third part analyzed the experiences and problems Jinxin community culture, summed up the successful experience that flatten the grass-roots management system and operation mechanism, distinctive brand of community cultural activities,"Green Ribbon" Young volunteers. Summarized the main problems for the management and residents of the community as a whole less than the level of awareness of cultural construction, the weak of construction’s material basis of community culture, and the radiation of cultural activities is not strong, the consumption market of community cultural is still in its infancy.The fourth part are the thinking of building a Jinxin community culture, suggestions and countermeasures. Combine with Jinzhu Metro construction, the scientific planning and orderly development; strengthen of government’s responsibility to provide policy and financial security. In the future, the suggests encourage all sectors to participate in community cultural development, innovate ideas to enrich the daily lives of residents which leading cultural activities. Expanding consumer culture, and community-driven development of cultural industries to progress the nonprofit culture. Pay an attention to the protection of local cultural traditions, highlighting features and individuality.
