This thesis analyzes six frequency adverbs including the same morpheme. The morpheme is"chang". Meanwhile, the primary coverage of the thesis is the comparative study of these six frequency adverbs.This thesis includes five parts.The first part is exordium; expatiate on status quo of the investigation about frequency adverbs. Primarily, it recommends the investigation of classifying the frequency adverbs, and then gives a simple presentation of informed sources, research methods.The second part begins with defining frequency and to state the precise meaning of frequency adverbs.And we classifed frequency adverbs according to the range of frequencies and significations.At the beginning of the chapter 3,we infer the morpheme which match with"chang"how generated and developped.And then we explained which they played a role in the words and how they separated from each other. In the end ,we compared the six frequency adverb with the same morpheme"chang"."Chang"means recurring often or regularly. Also means the word has universal and particular laws."Guan": It is the custom with people to do so. It is inerratic comportment."Jing": the meaning is from the beginning to the end."Shi": First of all, the appearance of the word needs a range of time and some other requirements. Second, it is a statement of a movement and not about the change of the future."Tong": The vitality of movement or condition. In chapter 4 ,we compared them with the choice of components.In the process of analysis corpus,we added up scientific data for each word and found out how them arranged in pairs with other element.We can use this conclusion to help the foreign students understand these frequency adverbs.The last part is epilogue.
