Germany became the last actors of European Unification, and thus cause the First and the Second European War. Unfortunately, Germany failed. Then the international situation has been changed. Europe completely declined after the new thirty Years War . If in the Frst war, the European themselves can decide the outcome of the war and make their own order, but in the Second War, Europeans are unable to decide the outcome of war. Europe is already in decline and deadlock before the United States and the Soviet Union decide the outcome of the war and save Europe from the brink of self-destruction Therefore, after the Second European War, the United States and the Soviet Union became the new rulers of Europe and replaced Europe become the world hegemon. At the same time, through Yalta the US-Soviet divide up Europe, formed a three-level split: the division of Europe, Germany's division and division of Berlin and the Soviet Union cohabitate Europe on the basis of the split. Europe has not only become the vassal of the US-Soviet ,with the US-Soviet Cold War, become the mercenaries of the United States and Russia, firstly kill themselves each other. On the other hand the Europeans firstly have not the defeat on the actual significance, France, Britain and Germany to become comrades in the trenches.
