The Analysis Of The Ethical Relationship Between Human Beings And Marine Animals

With economic development and increasing population,the lack of land resources and the environmental pollution become more and more serious.21 st century is marine century,in which Marine development is becoming more and more popular.People do not realize the importance of protecting marine animals because of the separation of subjective and objective concept and the lack of marine ethics.The benefits of marine economic development make marine exploration serious.Seaside is polluted.The marine eco-system is destroyed seriously day by day.All the problems threaten the existence of marine animals.In the past,people noticed that animal was a kind of resource that we can make good use of,but they ignore the harmony between human beings and animals and ignore animal protection.This not only reveals the weakness of human but also breaks down the eco-system.Now,we are in a period which is important for carrying out marine strategies.It is very significant to improve citizens' awareness of protecting marine animals and environment.This paper will analyze the relationship between human beings and marine animals from ethics to correct the concept towards marine animals and to build and carry out the laws about marine animal protection.Animal is one member of the eco-system,so we can gain relevant experience through the analysis to build socialism harmonious society.The thesis maintain that the ethics relationship between human being and marine animals,which is a hot issue that the philosophy and times concerned.First of all, through the analysis of the particularity of marine animals and the weakness of humanism and non-humanism,propose the significance of the research on ethical relationship between human beings and marine animals,elaborate the necessity of the study of the ethical relationship between human beings and marine animals.Then it dates back to some concepts on the relationship between human beings and animals in Chinese and western history based on a series of thinking about the facts,and studies the ideas about animal welfare in history,which provides reference about the ethic relationship between human beings and marine animals to our country now.Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the root of imbalance between human beings and marine animals and suggests that the necessity and urgency of building marine animal ethics.At the end,the thesis will combine the reflection with practice,discuss about building harmonious ethic relationship between human beings and marine animals from the rationality,principle and ways to lead to public marine animal ethic awareness.
