There are"modern creatures"and"traditional women"among"the modern female". The nature of the"modern female"is"being the products of the male culture". They're media and symbols of all kinds of emotional experiences and thoughts about society and life of masculine authors. The"modern female"are deprived of rich and real personality and are only a mirage in masculine authors'works.The paper aims to reveal the unique artistic enchantment of the modern female images by analyzing the"modern female"in the New Sensation novels. The value of the paper consists in exploring the historical relationship between Chinese and Japanese New Sensation Schools to promote the understanding of the New Sensation novels.
