The phenomenology of linguistic form has been one of central thesis of Cassier's philosophy language. It's the key to understanding his whole philosophy. Through the analysis of the phenomenology of Cassier's linguistic form and the research of the structure rule about language phenomenon and its history development process, this paper reveals a continually developing process that covered the function ,inner structure rule and creativity in human spirit . This process represents that language is a developing process from sensation to intuition and then conception. This process reappears that the consciousness of human structure the world positively, including being objective(the construction of outer experienced world )and ego(the constructive of inner experienced world).The objective world and ego world construct the human's experienced world ,and the symbol of linguistic form is like a media between them. In the introduction, the author briefly introduces the Phenomenology of Cassier's linguistic form. In Chapterâ… ,the paper discusses the language characteristics from mimetic to analogical and symbolic in the phase of sensuous expression and human spirit construct the world first step .In Chapterâ…¡, the paper argues the language development of space and spatial relations ,time ,number in the intuition expression, studies the consciousness of human structuring the world. In Chapterâ…¢, the paper analyses the concept and class formation in language as expression of conceptual thought. In this process, language progressively liberates itself from sensuous, imaginative world to logical and universal world and attains to a purer and more independent spirituality of form. In the conclusion, the author tries to appraise the phenomenology of Cassier's linguistic.
