Subjectivity is not only emphasized by academic fields, but also is the basic living model of the people and testimony and emblem of the people's essential strength, people serve as moral main-body,heir subjectivity embody moral subjectivity。The essay is on the basis of receiving relative research result of Wang yangming and Kant philosophy,I generalize their theory of moral subjectivity from the following four aspects:firstly, the moral origin, Wang yangming says that people's spirit is so-called regulation,Kant thinks that people's will can enact regulation for itself;secondly, the moral judgment criterion,Wang yangming regards consciousness as criterion,Kant thinks of will as standards;thirdly, the moral cultivation, Wang yangming confirms that people should pass consciousness down allthe people and things,Want comes up with the opinion of purpose empire;the last one,the moral sphere,Wang yangming thinks that all the things on the world are united one unity,Kant thinks that people are an unity of happiness and morality。At the same time,I analyze the divergence and convergence opinions of subjectivity in the above four aspects in turns. From analysis,I generalize that the core of Wang yangming and Kant moral subjective theory is the concentration of people, the desire of sublime moral sphere and attach importance to position and effect of subjectivity in the moral fields, and adore consciousness and freedom of people. So we take their subjective ideas as people's theory. The essay points out that subjectivity is concrete and historic, and it is limited by oneself and the present political economic, cultural conditions. On the basis of it,the essay discusses the modern values of subjective ideas.
