Ancient Spirit

As the experimental works of Landini Cadencem,"art songs anthology of Night Thoughts"written by professor Qi blongs to part of Landini Cadencem scientific research from1986-1990.Because the works style in the anthology are different, in order to explain the problem ,this thesis just choose four pieces of the works---"the night thoughts","the waves washed the sands","River in the Snow","Spring Morning". All of the four pieces of works have a deep and soulful mood. And in these works the composer put the theory of Landini Cadencem in to it.This thesis based on a large quantity of documents ,and theory analysis and personal performance do a careful research. This thesis was divided into three parts:Chapter One mainly introduce professor Qiguanglu's life and his art achievement. Chapter two is the summarize of the important knowledge which is about the origin ,the feature and the formation process of the Landini Cadencem theory and the above ingredient blend with Chinese music creation.Chapter three is the essence of this thesis. Through harmonic analysis of the chosen four songs arrive the importance of the Landini Cadencem theory .Conclusion part end with the aim and the significance of the research and the view to its future .I know more about the Landini Cadencem theory through this thesis ,meaning time I hope more people will explore professor Qi's works and got more in harmonic.
