Harmony of villages and towns is an effective carrier of building a new socialist countryside, and also is an important foundation the building of a harmonious society. Harmony of villages and towns is not only the harmonious economic development and the political construction, also including building the harmonious culture. Strengthening the harmonious cultural construction of towns and villages is an internal requirement is to establish a well-off society,as well as, the important content of building an harmonious society and implementing the scientific development concept, the effective way of building a new socialist countryside, meeting varied and multilateral spiritual and cultural needs of peasants ,promoting agricultural development.
