The realization of a harmonious society is the strategic goal of building a well-offsociety. To achieve social harmony, we not only need to have a solid material foundationand reliable political guarantee, but also need to have good cultural conditions. In today’sworld, as the reflection of social politics and economy, culture has become an importantpart of competition in comprehensive national strength. In order to adapt to China’sconstruction of the socialist harmonious society needs of the practice and internationaldevelopment trend, our party has put forward that the construction of the socialistharmonious culture is a great strategic project. The construction of the socialistharmonious culture is an important part of the construction of the socialist culture withChinese characteristics and the origin of thought and spirit power to the construction ofthe socialist harmonious society. Without harmonious culture, it is impossible to have aharmonious society and ideological basis.
