Using the theories of Communications and Intercultural Communication, the author mainly discusses the cultural conflicts that multinational corporations are facing in china, the author also revealed the significance of intercultural training to develop intercultural competence and help the multinational corporations overcome these conflicts.With the process of economic globalization and the upgrading of China's economic strength, China is becoming a more and more important market globally and attracts many multinational corporations to invest in. But the multinational corporations in China are not developing smoothly, they have encountered in a variety of cultural differences, which affects the overall operational objectives of these corporations.In the article, the author pointed out that cultural differences are the roots that cause these cultural conflicts, and that intercultural training can enhance the intercultural competence of the staffs in the Multinational corporations, then the author proposed the key elements of an effective intercultural training.
