The paper centered Wei's diplomacy as reasearching issue against the background of political hegemony of the Spring and Autumn period, elaborating on the diplomatic changes of Wei in the political hegemony. Political hegemony has a history of rational and positive signifance.which can stabilized the political situation , decreasing the merger and unjust.the war undermined the destructive looting. Wei's diplomacy in Spring and Autumn Period whicah expending in the so political environment.Wei was in the confused arrounding before political hegemony, it was even perished by Di. But in Political hegemony of the period, Wei defended the country's internal affairs and stability, national strength was in creased ,in the diplomatic activity ,Wei valued trusting, dailly.and its people, the gentleman in the diplomatic activities have a decisive role . During the Jin and Chu competing for a super-state,Wei has been followed Jin,Wei and Lu,Zheng,Qi's diplomatic relations which arefocusing on relations between the Wei and Jin.The late Spring and Autumn of period countries from experiencing the "righteousness" to "utilitarian " the changes ,with WuYue's rising political hegemony started to change in nature, "the eramilitarism" was coming. Diplomatic activities in various countries, big bullying the small, strong bullying the weak ,these phenomenon of the popularity of utilitarianism. The ultimate breakdowning of the relationship between Jin and Wei, Wei become more debilitating. The breakdowning between Wei and Jin which reflects on the dramatic changes ,the political hegemony was quitting gradually from the historical stage, worsening the situation of small and medium-sized countries but such a fact.
