| [0bjective]To investigate the child abuse's epidemiological features of primary and middle students in Zhuang nationality area, to explore its influence factors, and to provide child abuse's prevention and intervene measure with special national cultural and scientific basis.[Methods]1. Investigation of primary and middle school students'child abuse status in Zhuang Nationality area(1) Research Subjectsprimary and middle students in Zhuang inhabited county and a Zhuang inhabited county in Han city. (2) Sampling methodThree zhuang inhabited counties which were typical of different economic and cultural level and a Zhuang inhabited county in Han city were choosen . One primary school and one middle school were chosen respectively in each county's urban and rural area. Two classes were sampling randomly from grade 1 to grade 9 in each school; all the students in chosen class were investigated. The total sample of the 4 counties were 7702.(3) Survey contentStudent's general information questionnaire, which was designed by ourself, was used to inquire the general information about student and their family; Screen Questionnaire of Child Abuse (SQCA) was used to screen the abused children.(4) Data processing and statistical methodsUse SPSS13.0 to analyze the incidence of child abuse and its distributive features; Use chi-square test to analysis different subgroups'rate of child abuse .2. Investigation of primary and middle school students'child abuse influence factors in Zhuang Nationality area(1) Research Subjects136 pairs of students and parents from Longlin and Tiandong.(2)Sampling methodSort the cases of abused children in Longlin by grade ,Select some abused children randomly as case group.then matched it 1:1 by school, sex and age as control group. (3)Survey content personality questionnaire (EPQ) and the influence factors of family questionnaire were used to gain the information of family atmosphere , parents'general information , view , behavior and personality characteristics and the growth experience of parents and so on.(4) Data processing and statistical methodsInfruence factors were expored by conditional logistic regression .[Result]1. Investigation of primary and middle school students'child abuse status inZhuang Nationality area(1) Homogeneity of the questionnaire reliabilityThe internal consistent reliability coefficient of SQCA was 0.752.(2) The prevalence of child abuseThe incidence of child abuse in sample students was 31.3%. The incidence of verbal insult, economical control, isolation, neglect, grip and bite, slap on the face and kick, knife or stick and sexual abuse were 22.7%, 5.4%, 1.6%, 2.9%, 2.0%, 9.1%, 3.1% and 0.1% respectively.(3) Each subgroup comparison of child abuseIn terms of the child abuse's incidence in zhuang inhabitred counties(31.2%), Qintang(31.8%), there were no statistical significance among them((P=0.349); The child abuse's incidence in Wuming,Longlin,Tiandong was 20.0%,31.7%,43.0%(P=0.000), one county compare to each other showed that the CA rate was Wuming﹤Longlin﹤Tiandong. The child abuse's incidence in county and village were 31.4% and 31.2%(P=0.797) ,but in zhuang county was county(33.0%) higher than village(29.3%)(P=0.002) and in Han city was village(37.4%) higher than county(26.0%) (P=0.000); In terms of the child abuse's incidence in primary school(37.6%) and middle school( 19.2%) (P=0.000); The incidence of abused child in boys and girls were 32.8% and 29.6%, (P=0.036).2. Investigation of primary and middle school students'child abuse influence factors in Zhuang Nationality area(1) Homogeneity of the questionnaire reliability The internal consistent reliability coefficient of EPQ(Junior)was 0.802, and the internal consistent reliability coefficient of each factors of it between 0.297 to 0.812. The internal consistent reliability coefficient of EPQ(Adult)was 0.806, and the internal consistent reliability coefficient of each factors of it between 0.431 to 0.812.The internal consistent reliability coefficient of the environment for the growth of children's questionnaire which maded ourselves was 0.740.(2) conditional logistic regression analysisAccording to the results of conditional logstic regression analysis, we knew the four factors can infruence child'abuse , they were parents'attitudes towards Child maltreatment(OR=0.388, P=0.043) ,expectations that parents'owned (OR=2.275, P=0.024) , parents'experimences of child abuse by their parents ( Lasted to the junior : OR=3.535, P=0.000 ; Lasted to adult : OR=2.591,P=0.027) and parents'personality of P type as typical higher (OR=4.307,P=0.013).[Conclusion]1. SQCA,EPQ and the influence factors of family questionnaire all has good reliability and validity, and they could be used in the child abuse investigation in zhuang's students.2. There was a high child abuse's incidence in the Zhuang primary school students, and it shows a decline tendency of child abuse's incidence in grade distribution. Abused students were more in boys than girls .in zhuang county , Abused students were more in rural'than urban', but in Han city , Abused students were more in urban than in rural'.3. the four factors of the expectations that parents owned , parents'attitudes towards Child maltreatment , parents'experimences of child abuse by their parents and parents'personality of P type can infruence child'abuse. |
