The most important manifestation of children's psychological trauma is psychological abuse.It is the psychological trauma suffered during the child's growing up,and this type of trauma is mainly caused by children's caregivers.In the process of raising children,child caregivers may be deemed to have psychologically abused children if they have certain behaviors that are repetitive and harmful and have adverse effects on children's mental health and emotional expression.Studies have shown that psychological abuse experience will seriously affect the healthy development of individual psychology,and junior high school students are in a critical period of establishing adolescence.It is of great significance to how to ease the psychological abuse of junior high school students and promote their psychological health.This study is divided into two parts:The first part investigates the status of psychological abuse of junior high school students.Twelve classes were selected from three junior high schools in a city in Shandong Province,of which 582 junior high school students completed the test.The content of the test is the “Child Psychological Abuse Scale” revised by Pan Chen(2010).Through the analysis of the results,the status of psychological abuse of junior high school students is understood.Turn out:(1)Nearly one-fifth of the survey respondents had positive psychological abuses in junior high school students;(2)According to different regions,children living in cities have far more psychological abuse than rural children(p<0.05);(3)From the perspective of gender,boys and girls have the greatest difference in the neglect dimension,and boys have higher scores in the neglect dimension(p<0.05).(4)According to the analysis of the number of children in the family,the psychological abuse of the only child is much higher than that of the non-only child(p<0.05).The second part is the intervention study of psychological abuse of junior middle school students.Through open recruitment and questionnaire screening,20 junior high school students with severe psychological abuse were selected and divided into experimental and control groups.The junior high school students in the 10 experimental groups were intervened.The control group followed a routine life.After two months of the intervention activity,the experimental group was followed up and interviewed.(1)Compared with the pretest data of the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group and the control group are homogenous,and there is no significant difference in the level of psychological abuse between the two groups before the activity intervention;(2)Compared with the posttest data of the experimental group and the control group,we found that except for the indulging dimension,the difference between the two groups was small;in the other dimensions,the level of psychological abuse of the junior high school students in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the junior high school students in the control group(p<0.05);(3)Comparing the two-month follow-up measurement data with the previous test group's post-test data,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two,further demonstrating that the intervention had a long-term effect.Conclusion:(1)The results of the survey showed that nearly one-fifth of the surveyed students had positive psychological abuses.From the gender point of view,boys and girls have the greatest difference in the neglect dimension,and boys have higher scores in the neglect dimension.According to the different regions,the number of children living in the city far exceeds that of rural children.According to the analysis of the number of children in the family,the score of the only child is much higher than that of the non-only child.(2)After the intervention,the level of psychological abuse of junior high school students in the experimental group decreased significantly.After two months of follow-up survey,the effect of the intervention still exists.(3)The study designed to intervene junior high school students' psychological abuse level through group counseling for parents is an effective intervention program.
