Objective: To know the mental health of special family children and normal family structure children; explore the relationship of family environment and the mental health of the children; analysis the high risk factor of mental health of the special family children ; explore intervention study to improve the mental health of the special family children.Methods:①1421 calends come from six school of three district of Wuhan by stratified cluster sampling were investigated. If their parents divorces or remarry, both parents work at other city, one of parents dead or lived with Adoptive parent, they will be defined as the children come from special family. The questionnaire includ the Chinese version of CTQ-SF, Youth Risk Behavior, Mental Health Test and Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstrun (EMBU).②Compared 289 four special family structure students'family environment, the way that parents keep children, health behavior, childhood abuse, mental health; To know the influencing factor of the mental health of the students who come from special family by single and multiple factor analysis.③Choose one school of all schools which have done the research, choose two class from school and organize activity every two weeks; choose 12 students whose MHT score is abnormality from those class and organize activity per week; then choose the students come from other classes as control group; using Mental Health Test to know the effect after the intervention.Results:1. The situation of the special family and normal familyThe percentage of the students who come from country and low education background of parents is smaller than the percentage of students who come from the normal family, the difference of those is significance; students come from special family more likely dislike the relationship of parents, economy condition is poorer, parents more likely considers divorcés and the conflict of the parents is more in daily life. Special family students less like to talk with parents and sib; more special family students engaged in drinking, smoking, out of school, leave home, and having a statistically significant difference. The situation of the emotion neglect, emotion abuse, physical abuse is more serious in special family students. The parents of the special family less likely use the pattern of emotion gentle understanding and more likely use the pattern of punishment and strict and favor participants; the standard score of the MHT and disposition of loneliness, disposition of self-accusation, disposition of body symptom, disposition of impulsion of special family students is higher than the normal family students. All above difference have statistically significant.2. Four special familymore children whose parents is work at other city come from country, children whose parents is adoptive parents is the second one; parents who is divorce or remarry have a higher education background and having a statistically significant difference; the percentage of children whose parents is divorce or remarry like the relationship of parents, think that their family is the best, the relationship of relative is close are 32.89%, 43.42%, 53.95%. they are lower than other family structure, The difference have a statistically significant difference; though the compare of every two family structure, the difference between four special family structure have statistically significant; The difference conduct of smoking and drinking and scores of EMUB of four family structure students don't have statistically significant; The score of the students whose parent is divorce or remarry is higher than others; The difference of scores of MHT of four family structure students don't have statistically significant except for disposition of fear; The difference of scores of CTQ-SF of four family structure students don't have statistically significant except for emotion neglect;3. The impact on mental and behavior healthThe results of single factors analysis indicated: girl of special family have significantly higher score of MHT than boys, The difference of the standard score of the MHT and disposition of loneliness, disposition of anxious to people, disposition of body symptom, disposition of impulsion , disposition of fear, disposition of super sensitivity have statistically significant; if the students dislike the relationship of the parents and don't think that their family is close and communication little with parents, the standard score of the MHT is higher; The difference have statistically significant;The results of correlation analysis indicated: The results of Simple correlation analysis revealed: a positive relationship in scores between CTQ-SF and MHT and a positive relationship in scores between MHT and the way of parents keep children except emotion worm and understanding; The results of canonical correlation analysis revealed: A positive relationship in scores between emotional abuse, over interference, overprotection of mother and the disposition of impulsion and a negative relationship in scores between the disposition of impulsion and emotion worm and understanding of father.The results of general linear regression analysis: The total scores of MHT of girl, the education background of mother, condition of economic of family, communication with parents, feel lonely, can't receive support when feel sad, have suicide idea, once leave home, emotion abuse, over intervention and overprotection are higher than without.4 Evaluation the effect of interventionBefore the intervention the difference of the score of the MHT and disposition of fear, disposition of anxiety of study, disposition of anxiety to person, disposition of lonely, disposition of symptom of body between the intervention activity students and students come from normal family have statistically significant; After the intervention the difference of the score of the MHT and disposition of fear, disposition of anxiety of study between the intervention activity students and students come from normal family have statistically significant.Conclusion: The situation of environment of family, health risk behavior, abuse of children, mental health of the students come from special family is worse than the students coming from normal family; the students whose parents is divorce or remarry is the worst; the mental health of special family are influence by sex, education background of the parents, family environment and so on; Intervention improve the mental health of the students, but we need longer period to do it.
