In the language, adjectives can be modified by varying degrees adverb is a very common phenomenon. As to Chinese, degree adverbs are a complicated system. What adjective can be modified by which adverbs? In this paper, we have a specific description of these phenomena.Adjectives show and trace, in volume, high-volume, a volume level with the imbalance of the adverb. A very large number of adjectives always are with the high degree of portfolio adverb. But a part of a very large number of adjectives can be modified by some subjective adverbs. Some adjectives can only be modified with high-volume adverb "very" Portfolio.The subjectivity of the adjectives, the emotional adjectives, and the extent of the adjective, which are all the adjective's typical characters. The rules of the combination are impacted by all of these adjective's typical characters.Not as the general degree adverbs, some special adjectives can also modify adjectives. They are at the back of the adjectives which express the very high level. We call them Polar extent Complement. Polar extent Complement is a relative special phenomenon. Grade levels which are only 75 percent of the adjectives can have the Polar extent Complement.
