The proportion of work in modern people's life is more and more big,and children's career exploration in the stage of career preparation and the formation of future work self will have an important impact on individual career behavior in future work.Parents have a far-reaching and comprehensive influence on their children,and their professional status will affect children's career exploration and their work-self imagination.The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of parental occupation on children's occupation by defining the degree of parental occupation status identification,and further explore the influence mechanism of parental occupation on children's future work self,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of family vocational education.Based on the ecosystem theory and SCCT model,this study is divided into two parts to study this phenomenon.In the first part,through open questionnaire and in-depth interview,we defined the concept of the extent approval of parents'occupational status(EAPQS).In qualitative analysis,exploratory factor analysis and model validation analysis,the three-factor model of EAPQS is obtained,the factors are parents' work attitude approval,parents' work experience approval and future convergence degree,The KOM value was 0.88,and the construct validity was good:? 2/df(4.026),p<0.01,GFI(0.917),NNFI(0.901),CFI(0.922),RMSEA(0.078)were well fitted.in addition,the measurement tools of EAPQS are compiled.Study 2 investigated 480 college students and postgraduates,and through the Extent Approval of Parents' Occupational Status Scale,College Students' Career Exploration Scale,Family Support Scale,Future Work Selves Scale to explored the relationship and internal mechanism between EAPQS and future work selves.The results showed that:(1)EAPQS was positively correlated with career exploration,family support and future work selves;(2)EAPQS can positively predict respectively future work selves and career exploration,career exploration can positively predict future work selves;(3)career exploration plays a part of mediating role between EAPQS and future work selves;(4)family support regulates the relationship between career exploration and future work selves.From the above results,it can be concluded that:firstly,EAPQS can be used as an independent variable,and the self-made scale can be used as a measurement tool.For the related workers in psychology,career counseling and other fields,the positive intervention of parents' career status and individual career exploration can improve the individual's future work selves level.Finally,in the family environment,parents can adjust their children's future work self-level by improving family support.
