With the advanced computer technology, the digital magazine was born. By the means of multimedia technology, it is a blend of all effects---flash, video, background music and sound, even 3D effects. Therefore, its content is very vivid. As a result of social, economic, political, cultural, technological and other factors, digital e-magazine shows an alarming trend of growth and development.When we read our digital magazine, its visual design, information communication and audio-visual effects will bring us a different feel and experience. During reading, the magazine that people read is no more the traditional type made of paper. People read just by observing and clicking. The visual effects and the information will directly influence the readers'thinking and behavior. Therefore, it is very important to study the digital magazine's visual information transmission and its interrelationship with the vision design.Digital magazine's transmission and design of visual information is a new research field at home and abroad. It is the expansion at the basis of information design, and a blending of visual communication, information technology, network computer technology, design psychology and other subjects. In this article, I choose digital magazine's transmission and design of visual information and its promotion strategy as research object. I hope though the research I can sum up some principles and characteristics of digital magazine's transmission and design of visual information and its promotion strategy, so that I can try to bring some possibly tentative mode of digital magazine's transmission and design of visual information and the trend of its promotion strategy.The full text is divided into six chapters. Thirdly, I will make a discussion on the digital magazine's promotion strategy with the communication of visual information.
