The Innovation Of Media And Technology Under The New Conception Of Art

In order to highlight the applicability and commonness of Printmaking as a form of expression in the contemporary art, this article will try to analyze Print artists' application of technique, their study in relation to the characteristics of different materials and the practical and experimental attributes of Printmaking embedded in different stages of production, such as plate making, printing and presentation.Our discussion will focus on the following aspects, for instance, the value of Prints materials and techniques reflected in the New Media Art, the significant improvement of Prints materials and techniques in contemporary art and the application of composite and new Prints materials and techniques. Besides, we will compare Printmaking with other modern arts vertically and horizontally and to summarize the theory and practical experience derived from development in terms of materials and techniques. This article also includes the practical experience of my study topic, the presentation of new materials in contemporary Printmaking, particularly describing the features of Presensitized Plate as a new material as well as detailed operation and relevant techniques should be paid attention to.
