Comparison Study On The Status And Influence Factor Of Cultural Industrial Agglomeration In Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster And Shanghai City

Many scholars always pay their attention to industrial agglomeration.As a new sunrise industry,Cultural industry is more and more paid attention to by the government and scholars. In developed countries the production value of Cultural industry is an important component of GDP with the ratio of 40%.Now more than twenty provinces or cities bring forward to put Cultural industry at the point and devolop Cultural Province.It is necessary to study Cultural industrial agglomeration.Most of researches about Cultural industry pay attention to developing mode and developing trend,but there are few scholars who made an influence factor analysis of Cultural industrial agglomeration especially from the econometrics' perspective.In order to rich the exiting studies,this paper focus on Cultural industrial agglomeration in both Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster and Shanghai City where Cultural industry develop well,fistly analyse the status and characteristics,secondly calculate and compare the degree of Cultural industrial agglomeration in these two areases in the way of location entropy algorithm,thirdly do a study on the function of Cultural industrial agglomeration to the development of Cultural industry,fourthly under the assumption of influence factors which influence Cultural industrial agglomeration analyse the influence factor of industrial agglomeration using econometric method.Then comparison between the outcomes are introduced and some suggestions are given.The development and agglomeration of Cultural industry in Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster and Shanghai City are both one-up,the incremental of Cultural industry in Shanghai is bigger than Chang-Zhu-Tan City Cluster and the degree of Cultural industrial agglomeration is opposed.Although the factors which influence industrial agglomeration are different,the common affecting factors exists,including the improvement of the government, professionals, the ability of industry service and civil demand.Among above factors professionals is the most evident.The government plays a very important role in the cultivation and development of the local industrial agglomeration. herefore, the correct views and effective mesures are applied to improve the local industrial agglomeration.
