| By Combining history and theories together,the paper focuses on cultural study of Dracula theme vampire movies.The first chapter starts from analysis of the earliest long Dracula movie "Nosferatu:A Symphony of Horror",mainly discusses its success,failure and significant contribution to thrillers.In the second chapter,the paper concentrates on introduction of characters of Dracula theme vampire movies in the mode of American thrillers,and great impact of American Dracula movie to vampire phenomena in popular culture.The connotation and features of two extremely characterized Dracula movies,which broke through traditional American thriller movies,are analyzed in the third chapter.In the last chapter,mutual influence between Dracula and popular culture is analyzed from diversified perspectives,and present situation and prospect of Dracula movies are further discussed in this chapter.
