The Study Of The Legitimacy's Foundation In Power Of The Institutional Revolutionary Party In Mexican

"The decisions made on the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Party's Governing Capability", which was passed on the CPC's Fourth Session, pointed out: " We must act to strengthen a sense of crisis, draw a deep lesson from some ruling-parties' experience of success or failure all over the world, more consciously strengthen governance capacity-building, and have always been a good governance and been keeping the right to wield for the people. Throughout the world arena of the party politics, has created an "economic miracle" and "political miracle", and Mexico Institutional Revolutionary Party has been the ruling one in its country for 71 years, whose rise and fall deserves our full attention. Therefore this paper, based on the theory of political legitimacy, made a comprehensive study and discussion of the ruling Institutional Revolutionary Party's long-term legitimacy foundation, in order to deepen the awareness of the ruling Institutional Revolutionary Party's experience.This thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, body and conclusion, the first part of introduction is based on the analysis of present research of Institutional Revolutionary Party in Mexico, to clarify the reason to choose the Institutional Revolutionary Party's legitimacy to study. Then involved in the core of this paper, the concept - the foundation of legitimacy and legality to explain. Finally, the introduction applied to a brief description of research methods of the paper.Also in this part of the body is divided into three chapters, mainly based around the three dimensions of legitimacy to start, that is: The idea of the legitimacy, the system based on norms and the basis of the rule performance. The first chapter mainly showed revolution-ideology on the basis of nationalism is the Institutional Revolutionary Party's concept-basis and analysis the formation of such a revolution in the context of ideology, the reasons and its role. Therefore, from the perspective of legality, the loss of legitimacy-basis led Institutional Revolutionary Party to step down.
