To Discuss Ethics: The Way To Solve By The Crisis Of Legitimacy

Jürgen Harbermas is a famous philosopher, socialist in contemporaryGerman, who is commend as "the strongest philosopher with high thought might inFederal German ".As "the second leader of Frankfurt School", half past centuryrecently, Harbermas is always alive in the international forum and strive for seekingthe conjunction between the theory and the practice. This point is embodiedpreferably in Harbermas theory of the crises in the last capitalism society, especiallyin the theory about the legitimacy crisis.In this thesis, we'll try to start from the examination of the legitimacy crisis, thenanalyze the examination likelihood of the negotiation ethics (discourse ethics), whichas the road to resolve legitimacy crisis. In this course, we will try to reconstruct thejunction between the legitimacy crisis and the negotiation ethics and reanalyze thelegitimacy crisis in the last capitalism society from the negotiation ethics view. Inorder to promote this course literally and deeply, the thesis will composed of fourparts as following:The first part is mainly to expound about Herbaria's legitimacy notion. On thebase of combing through the traditional legitimacy notions of empiricism andnormativism, then stress on the analysis of Harbermas's "reconstructive"legitimacynotion's character.In the second part of this thesis, we'll probe into the legitimacy crisis notion andthe derivation of legitimacy crisis of Herbarias. On the bases of the analysis ofHarbermas'theory about all crises in the last capitalism society, this thesis willanalyze the derivation of legitimacy crisis in three perspective, namely: theby-product of state's interference, The structural transformation of the capitalist publicsphere and the scarcity of the norm validities.In the third part of this thesis, we will analyze Harbermas'theory that thenegotiation ethics is the basic road to resolve legitimacy crisis.
