Gushi Khan,one greatest leaders of Mongolia, who led his descendants, moved from the Tianshan Mountains to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau during the end of Ming dynasty. It lasted for more than 80 years, gone through the prophase of Qing Dynasty . In this paper, the main line is chronological order, we focusing on an analysis of dozens of Gushi Khan sons and their descendants. They participated in several major events: such as Gushi Khan'good relationship with Qing dynasty; Mongols' infighting and its impacts; what did Qinghai's Huxut do during the rebels of three wales and Galdan?Why did Lobsandanjin rebelled and what impact had been caused? From these data, we can find out why the Huxut of Qinghai would decline, and what roles did Gushi Khan's descendants play. Was there some special connections among Huxut,Zhungar mongols and the Yellow Buddhism ? This article emphasised on several pedigree of Gushi Khan's sons, also try to consummate the Huxut's genealogy.
