The Significance Of Mencius' Humanology For The Sinicized Marxist Humanology Construction

The construction of the sinicized Marxist humanology due to the requirements of our times development, which is a theoretical innovation on the basis of the Marxist humanology, reforming and opening up policy and modernization of our country, while absorbing Chinese and other nations' traditional culture quintessence.Being one of the crucial pathbreaker and representative man of Confucian School, Mencius plays a role of connecting link between the preceding and the following; he develops a new systematic theory of his own. From the angle of aspirations of humanity, Mencius seeks the perfection of human moral, while Marx pursues the inclusive development and free development of individualities. In the aspect of means of the human being realization, Mencius prefers cultivation, while Marx priors to revolution. In summary, Mencius' humanology and Marx' humanology share the same backgrounds and unique features in some way.In the final part, this thesis points out that social relationships include the moral relationship, economy relationship and political relationship and so on, among them, moral relationship is a fundamental one. Nowadays, facing the market economy, the cultivation of the human moral is very important; meanwhile, we should reinforce the advancement of the Communist Party of China, only by this way can we constructing the harmonious socialist society. Mencius' theory about human moral, human ideology, human moral cultivation and policy of benevolence shows great importance for the construction of the sinicized Marxist humanology.
