Study On Critique Theory Of Science And Technology As Ideology In Habermas' View

Enlightenment made the science and technology out of the shackles of medieval feudal religion and developed as rapidly as fish in water. However, rationalism advocated in this era is more preference and emphasis on tools, purpose ration. Proverb said "extreme will become reversal". The Damocles sword of science and technology brought tremendous pleasure in giving the material life to the people, while brought the pople innumerable affliction from the serious deformities constrain to the unbridled development. Philosophy as the essence of era is the most pure thinking and expression from the theoretical level for the era social life. Thus, to re-examin the reflected modern enlightenment rationalism was composed the new main theme of philosophy ideological trend. One of the representatives of the Frankfurt School, the Habermas' theory can be said to be the main theme of the note which can not be ignored.Standing on the Marcuse's shoulders, Habermas clearly propose that science and technology was the new ideological argument. The article clarified the ideological flowing development firstly, and then summed up the relationship theory of the ideology with the science and technology. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, which interpret in detail that Habermas have aufhebened the Weber and Marcuse's theory, meanwhile from the perspective of the legitimacy of this approach,rebuilded the interpretation mode, gained an understanding of the process of science and technology conscious morphologization, and pointed out the possible ways of oversteping science and technology conscious patterns in the context of the great modernity. In the process,there are light and shade two main lines. The light clue is the rational lost and return under the modern context and the shade clue is the alternate appearance and solution of legitimacy crisis. In view of Habermas, it is more the same issue in different expression than two separate issues. The last given the author's thinking and evaluation to Habermas's theory of science and technologyideology.
