Oriana Fallaci (1929.6.29--2006.9.14) is a world-famous Italian journalistand writer. She obtains great achievement in journalism and literature. The research of Fallaci and her works starts in the early 1980s. Because several reasons, that researches mostly focuses on Fallaci's journalism, but neglects her literature. This thesis will link with Fallaci's life experience and woks to mainly analyse Fallaci's writing, in order to promote the study of Fallaci in China.Fallaci has a legendary life. The early days, she lives in the Second World War, then she becomes "the top female journalist of the world" reporting international situations, meanwhile, she pursues literary ideals hardly, becoming a world-famous writer, in the last days, she reappears with previous power.Fallaci's writing features are unique. Her woks mostly show out strong non-fictitious, dense autobiographical, lots of movie means, and male's style. Fallaci's unique writing features are the result of several reasons, first, her unique personality chooses the unique writing, second, she accepts profound influence of the same style writers, and third, Fallaci's writing is a writing that bases on journalism life. Fallaci's writing has great significance, not only is an apotheosis of nonfiction novel that makes people clearly know the nonfiction novel, but also has post-modern interest on objective opinion that breaks the traditional mode of the novel writing, changes people's ideas about novel, and embodies the novel spirit of freedom.
