The paper tries to distill Wang Chong's ecological ethnic ideas from his philosophical ideas to illustrate his ecological ethnic ideas as well as their values through systemic arrangement, induction and analysis. It elaborates the relevant theories by using literature research approach.Wang Chong is a philosopher at the earlier period of East Han Dynasty, whose important works—-Lun Heng—-contain abundant ecological ethnic ideas. Thinking of their ecological ethics in the Western and Eastern Han Dynasties economic, political, cultural and other factors on the ecological destruction of the environment, science and technology development and environmental protection, such as the awakening of consciousness arising in the context of the times, it is the ancient Taoist, Confucian Ecological Ethics and the section of the succession of buried critical thinking and development.Wang major eco-ethical thinking, including all the overall integration of ecological thinking, ecological Naturelaw natural thinking of doing nothing, humanity for the ecological harmony of thought, there were differences between high or low ecological thinking and the promotion of abstinence, thin mass conservation of the ecological aspects of several ideas .Therefore, man should recognize and search the nature from the perspective of ecological ethnics, strictly follow the objective rules of the nature, efficiently utilize natural resources, respect the inner value of other species and their rights to existence and establish an broad outlook on life of mutual existence of everything, and hence reach a good situation of harmonious existence of man and nature.The study and research on Wang Chong's ecological ethnic ideas are of certain theoretical values and significance in history of thoughts, and of certain importance for reference and guidance for today's building of a harmonious society. At the same time, subject to the limitations of the times and their own factors, the idea of Wang also has a certain historical limitations.
