Localization is a vocabulary mostly used in economics in recent years, is an outcome of integration of corporate and local culture. Localization in this dissertation illustrates the minority culture, is a mixture of the Minority Nationality culture with movie and television culture.The arts of movie and television are the art forms that focus on the creation of works which are primarily vocal and visual in nature with vivid and touching story and plot. However, it's dull and monotonous without certain cultural factors. Tibetan culture and customs can be recorded and shown through the arts of movie and television, thus the inner beauty and unique quality of their culture could be explored and appreciated thoroughly. Innovation in Localization indicates that making new kinds of minority films in this new era on the blueprint of the unique cultural atmosphere in Tibet. They enjoy their lifestyle, geographical condition, cultural tradition, moral and ethics concepts, and hold their aesthetic experiences. Thence the standards of excellent films on Tibet depend largely on if its specific culture emerges completely.Innovation in Localization and specific cultural features of films are firmly demanded in any developed or developing countries, since the success of minority films should demand the premise and element of distinctive and vivid art characteristics. Minority films should be an Indispensable part of any ethnic culture. The evidence of being a minority film or not is based on the minority identifications of the director and playwright somehow, and this identification not only refers to the origin, but also of cultural connotation.On the evidence of infiltration of Tibetan customs in films and the foundation of the distinctive regional and times of Tibetan culture, the aesthetic tradition and culture is studied in detail in this dissertation, to offer theoretical basis for innovation in Tibetan subject Films, and made preliminary probe on the folklore construction of films with Tibetan features.
