In the Chinese relationship history and overseas trade history, Ming was a very typical dynasty, it has different from the past of the tributary system and trade system, thus also derived different trade management bodies from the past dynasties. This article is mainly analyse changes in the Ming Dynasty's foreign trade organizations and its impact ,on the study with three foreign trade organizations of the Ming Dynasty: Huitong House Shibo Department and Duxiang Department.Huitong House is the management of central authorities of the Ming Dynasty's tribute trade and responsible for the management of the Central Trade Tribute; Shibo Department is the management of local-level institutions, its early and late have different functions and role; Duxiang Department newly established foreign trade body of the Ming Dynasty, is responsible for management businessmen sea trade and the imposition of assurance tax. Hope that through by above study to inspects the establishment and evolution of the Ming Dynasty's trade management organizations, analysis the relationship of foreign trade sector evolution and the foreign policy formulation and overseas trade the development to reveals this " traditional within change " of deep level influence, better understand the " the modern world system " build of early China why not keep pace with the world's pace.
