"Archetype" which is used to refer to the collective unconscious is a concept put forward by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. The collective unconscious is a long-term accumulation of the general psychological experience since primitive times. It is the most private and intimate part in the deep psychological structure. The archetype is the appearance and carrier of the collective unconscious. As a recurring theme and symbol in human culture and literature, the land can no doubt be seen as an archetype in the culture and literature. There has been an indivisible link between human beings and the land, since human beings existed in the world. Land is an important element of "Heaven, Earth, Mankind, and God". Land not only gives human life, but also plays the consolation of the human spirit and the end-result of soul. It can be said that humanity's cultural root deeply embedded in the thick and heavy land. Land is the typical representative and important carrier of human culture. This article will explore the land archetype and pursue the poetic culture through the thick accumulation layer of knowledge and culture.The first chapter is to trace to the source of land archetype and explore the typical show appeared in the creation myths. The second chapter is to analyze the mankind love knot to land complected with love and hate, and to analyze the psychology of land worship. The third chapter is to carry out the in-depth study of the implication of culture carried by the land archetype. The fourth chapter is to explore the development process of the relationship between man and land. The relationship between man and land came through such a process, from harmony and harmonization, tension and confrontation, to re-integration. The fifth chapter is to discuss the meaning of researching the land archetype. The reason why we explore it is to call the poetic culture to return, so that we can achieve real poetically dwelling.
