The rescripts is not only the concentrated reflection of the Emperor, but also the detective show of the will of the country, and the important carrier of the favorablevehicle and enforcement of the ancient China sociality orders. For these reasons, the rescripts play a special role in the ancient China sociality. This text choose the Liu-Song Dynasty of Nanchao Dynasty , in this very time, the imperial power come back to the centre of the polity. The chief object of research is the rescripts of the emperor in this time. The keystone is discuss of the compact relation between the rescripts and the national policy.Chapter one, probe into the source of the rescripts. This is also the causation of the form of the policy and the beginning of the form of the rescripts. Most of the rescripts give expression to the collective suggestion of the centre political group. And there are some pieces of rescripts express the personal ideas too. Because in a centralization of authority society , the emperor's will always be put on the highest position. But to be the spokesman of the dominance hierarchy, the emperor must accept the opinion of the country administration that came from the chancellery. This is another origin of the rescripts.Chapter two, introduce the sorts of the rescripts. The aim of this is to conform the character of the rescripts. The differentiation of the rescripts' content reflect the change of the national policy and the characteristic of the time ground. For the differentiation of the emperor's personal factor, every stage has its obvious uniqueness. In] this study, I choose some representative kinds of Liu-Song Dynasty rescripts to discuss.Chapter three' point question is rescripts' effect. Except the basic usefulness to promulgate the policy, the rescripts can be collect as the archives. This makes the rescripts became the very important historical materials of the history record. Besides this, because the rescripts represent the national authority, they could guide the public opinion too. We could find the answer out in the differentiation between rescripts and biography about the same people.Chapter four, expatiate on the different effects of the centre organization in the formative process of rescripts. We can divide the power of the formative process of rescripts according to the organization system. It contents Zhongshusheng, Meixiasheng and Shangshusheng. Zhongshusheng is the emphasis position because its place is in the decision center in this time. Especially the chief of the Zhongshusheng, Zhongshuling and Zhongshujian, are the important officeholder who can control the national policy. The chisf of Menxiasheng Shizhong sometimes will usurp on the power of the Zhongshuling or Zhongshujian depend on the trust of the emperor, but this phenomenon is not an institution. The officeholder of the Shangshusheng are average administrator in Nanchao Dynasty. But the power of the Lushangshushi and the chief of the Ministry of Personnel are still formidable. They are important element in the process of the decision-making.
