Lukacs is a well-known thinker of Hungary in the 20th century, and also is famous in the national. As the pioneer of the"Western Marxism", Lukacs'theory has always been on the attention, especially "History and Class Consciousness". But the evaluation of him is mixed. The most important of Lukacs'philosophy is his historical dialectics, this paper will through his original research and existing research focuseson the dialectics of history to estimate him objectively and reasonable.This paper mainly through three parts to introduce the history of dialectic thought of Lukacs. The first part is to state how the dialectic thought come into being. The second part is on the focuses of the basis of historical dialectics. From the beginning of its historical dialectics, there is an important requirement - the interaction between subject and object; then discusses the dialectics of its historical essence and core - totality; and then discuss the nature of historical dialectics of - a revolutionary. The third part describes the comments of historical dialectics rationality and shortcoming.Although Lukacs's historical has some shortcomings, whether his criticism of capitalism, or awareness of their own errors are very firmly. He is not only inheriting the Marxist, but also develops and innovates. We still have a lot of guidance and practical significance from his thinking.
