In the English class, asking questions, aiming at exchanging ideas and encouraging students to involve in are all the good way for teachers to administer the process of dialogues and control the learning direction. At the same time, it gives full play to teachers' professional skills and provides the chance to consolidate teachers' guiding position through the combination with contextual negotiation, content negotiation and formal negotiation. The negotiated question makes achievements in arousing natural communications between teachers and students, intense enthusiasm to speak and master of knowledge. The experiment approves that the negotiated question can increase the portion of dialogues in class, accelerate the speed at which students discuss and lead to the conclusion. Comparing with the traditional question, the negotiated question has fresh ways to express ideas which don't hinder students to understand. The low-graded students haven't rich English knowledge, but the negotiated question, more complicated, can help students to understand and reach the purpose of application. This thesis is on the basis of practice in the class. It offers the evidence that the negotiated question stirs up the natural communications among students; furnishes the experience of improving students' abilities to use knowledge and provide the strategy to achieve, great teaching-learning effect.This paper has four chapters. Chapter 1 generalizes the importance and purpose of this research. Chapter 2 offers the theoretical basis. In Chapter3, the author lists some experiments for analysis. By combining the questions with negotiation of meaning, negotiation of content, negotiation of form, the author tries to find out the their values in improving the teaching effects; to analyze the power of the evaluation in negotiation at the end of this chapter. The author also tries to illustrate that the questions of negotiation extend and develop the tradition questions. The last chapter shows the problems and the puzzles. Also, the author is looking for the way to deal with a situation in English teaching in this chapter.
