The study discussed the relationship between Self-esteem, Attributional style, Motivation, Subjective well-being in the self-awareness field and the students' achievement, which is significant for the education in the junior high school. The study enriches the educational strategy and advocates change from the students' achievement to psychological level.The study used a sample of 930 students in baixing junior high school. The data included the scores of self-esteem, attributional style, Motivation, subjective well-being and the students' achievement in mid-semester. The study included literature review, research method, model supposed, construct model, discuss and conclusion. Using the SPSS 13.0 software and the LISREL 8.7 software, the test carried on the structure equation model analysis.Results: 1.Results of grade 7:①Success-internal Attribution affects SWB.②Success-internal Attribution affects Deep Motivation.③Fail-stability Attribution affects self-esteem.④self-esteem affects SWB.⑤Superficial Motivation affects SWB.⑥Superficial Motivation affects SWB.2. the other results of grade 8:①Success-external Attributional affects Superficial Motivation.②Fail-luck Attribution affects SWB.③Success-internal Attribution affects self-esteem.④Deep Motivation affects the students' achievement.3. the other results of grade 9:①Success-internal Attribution affects SWB is not significant.②Success-internal Attribution affects the students' achievement.③Self-esteem affects the students' achievement.
