Logic is a subject which study on rational thinking , logic is the core of reason, thinking is not only from the proposition to the proposition, the process of decision is also a rational thinking process, decision-making to solve many problems is a "reasoning" process, and when there are a number of options to the same question, different people will gibe the "reasons" why he support the project - this is a process of proof (defence), at the same time "refute" the other options. It is evident from this, decision-making and logic can find a common place, this article is an attempt in this area.Decision-making logic which study on how one or more rational subjects conduct in the process of decision-making , is increasingly paid attention by logician, decision-making of experts and scientists. This article is consisted of three parts:The first part speculate on Allais Paradox and Ellsberg Paradox which against Subjective Expected Utility and the ways to eliminate the paradox. The second part focuses on one-to-one interaction in the decision-making Paradox, the way of sub-section to introduction the typical paradox in the game - Prisoner's Dilemma, the Paradox of Backward Induction and the existence from Newcomb problem to the gaifmann - Kooms paradox. In particular, the Prisoner's Dilemma is linked to the Chinese real estate industry today, which shows the practical significance of logic. The third part carefully studies and analysises the typical example of the decision-making paradox of the group - Arrow paradox.Through the three parts above, we found that the decision-making logic is the basis of social science, but there are paradoxes in the decision-making logic as well, the studies and digestion of these paradoxes will promote the development of social science, of course, it will also promote the logic development itself.
