This paper used "Communication" as the perspective and the "PIPAJI" as the object of study, from the aspects of text, performance and criticizing starting, then combined the background of Ming and Qing social cultural and the development history of opera, afterwards did a more comprehensive survey and outline about the spreading , meantime performed exploration and summary about the law of propagation of the ancient drama on this basis.The first chapter is the test communication of "PIPAJI". This chapter studied the communication characteristics and laws of "PIPAJI" from two perspectives containing the whole of the communication and dissemination of the election. As a concrete, physical and chemical form, this version contains a wealth of social information and knowledge, eventually becomes the most reliable basis for surveying and unravel dissemination of "PIPAJI".The second chapter is the Spread on the scene. This chapter sketch the situation of the "PIPAJI" shows in the Ming and Qing Dynasties from the aspects of show tune, show area and show acceptance. Different performance and varieties of tune singing, wide spread and the hundreds of fans constitute multi-field transmission characteristics of the "PIPAJI".The third chapter is the comments of the spread. The spread and acceptance are inseparable with the ancient introduce and exploration. Since the birth of "PIPAJI", there have been lots of opera house and critics who denounce it, they often stirred it with "The West Chamber" and "Praying to the Moon" to competition. This also constitutes another important wing of the "PIPAJI".
