Wundt (Wilhelm Wundt,1832.8.16-1920.8.13) was the founder of modern psychology, applauded as the "father of psychology". Wundt has many psychological works all his life, but in Outlines of Psychology that was seen as the mark that his system of psychology had completely been established, Wundt made the most explicitly description of his systematic psychology. This paper based on the case of Outlines of Psychology, studies on Wundt' psychological thought that mainly reflects in Outlines of Psychology.Fristly, this paper takes a review of Wundt's life and some backgrounds of Outlines of Psychology, and makes an overview of Outlines of Psychology. Then surveyed the understanding about the natural mind of Wundt. Secondly, the paper discusses "immediately experience","the point of view of subject" and a few other key concepts of Wundt. I think, Wundt holds an idea of panexperimentialism that the process is the only reality. Mind or consciousness is always with the feature that all mental processes interconnect to the unified whole. The task of psychology is to find the rules of interconnection that take place among mental processes, accordingly to Wundt. Thirdly, in this Works Wundt described the interconnection from "psychical elements" to "psychical compounds", and "psychical compounds" to consciousness, such three correlated levels of mind. His "association" and "apperceptive combination" are the controlling mechanism of mental process-interconnection. And his "psychical resultants", "psychical relations" and "psychical contrasts" are the rules of interconnection. finally, I proposed the Wundtian psychology that its metaphilosophy is the process-relational philosophy, having the characteristics that emphasize the unitray of consciousness, the activity of the subject, and the unreproductivity and creativity of process-interconnection.etc.
