Chorus is a performing art which sings polyphonic vocal works, it is accepted by the public due to its specific art form ,it is also one of the most pervasive music performance forms that have the most extensive participation extend. The popularization and improvement of chorus is related to the reserve and ability of choral conductor talents.In recent years,our choral fields developed rapidly,there are more than one hundred thousand branches of the chorus,which is far from the number that enough to meet the needs of society,however,the conductor who can really competent training choir quest is severely limited..Normal is an important component of the choral conductor training system;it has traditional advantages in training music teachers and choral talents of multiple levels.However,through the survey of the talents training target and teaching present condition of national teachers chorus and conductor courses,I Found that,although the college achieved some results,the teaching idea,talent training target,qualification idea and assessment methods still have many problems.Therefore,I Think that carrying on research and exploration to the normal chorus and conductor is not only very necessary,but also has certain practical significance in conforming to the new standards and new requirements of the basic education,and in training a variety of levels of talents.This article uses the comparison,empirical and theoretical researchmethods,then discusses the comparison between home and foreign chorus and conductor teaching system,the teaching of both chorus and conductor,and teaching strategies and other aspects in detail,particularly in terms of the reform measures it puts forward the bold vision and implementation plan,carding from theory to the practice ofthe chorus and conductor teaching.
