As we all know, most modern families have only one child, some parents tolerate their children coddled, obedience, this over-indulgent to some young people from urinating live in willful, undisciplined, unrestrained, overweening environment, when the setbacks of life or can not meet the need, would produce some unusual emotion. Such as: assault, resist, excessive anger, and some living in single-parent families or young people learn bad, often suffer from other students laugh, life is also a件lack of warmth in the lack of love, these young people will create anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, withdrawal, depression, apathy, and other emotions. If the young people in such a mood in a long passage of time will form a psychological barrier. As a teacher, we have a responsibility to help these young people to eliminate these unhealthy psychological factors. At the same time, we also have the responsibility to conduct mental health education to improve their psychological quality. Experiments show that subjects with the music the art mental health education for adolescents is very effective.
