Teachers'training is one of the key points to the sustainable, stable and efficient development of Chinese Language Council's Chinese language promotion work.Confucius Institute, as China's first truly international promotion of Chinese institutions, strengthens the Confucius Institute at the issue of teacher training and exploration of the construction of qualified Chinese language teachers'team of great significance.This article analyses the distinctive features such as the cross-regional, cross-cultural and cross-communication activities of international Chinese language education, sees the Chinese teachers as the Disseminators of Chinese Language and Culture, Considers the needs of society and the international context of cross-cultural communication environment, analyzes the characteristics and capabilities of teachers pose, and re-examines the current training model, its achievements and shortcomings, and proposes the improvement of the Confucius Institute Teacher Training initiatives.This article thinks that when the further transformation of the Chinese language promotion is taking place, the teachers of the Confucius Institute as disseminators of Chinese language and culture, whose language and cultural communication systems constitute the various elements of a series of changes, showing new features, such as multiple open communication environment, the spread of different needs of the object, and conscious of its own as a dynamic communicator in population size, differences in overall quality and character demonstrated the many changes.It also needs to be analyzed with a dynamic vision of the development of the ability of teachers constitute a Confucius Institute. It is needed to be seen as an open, continued construction of the system, which should be enriched and improved through Chinese teachers teaching practice and culture communication. Based on the review of existing teacher training model, Confucius Institute and the training concept will be found that despite the training scale, content have developed very fast, its management mechanisms and resource protection and other aspects are still to be improved.This article points out that he Confucius Institute should enhance the goals of effectiveness of teachers in language and culture communication, train teachers to provide training methods as a country's own resources and enhance the training quality, which is a two-way transmission process. Based on the analysis of the training system, management mechanism, training resources, students, the teachers training concept and the self-cultivation, this article gives advices on making use of the domestic and international media resources and to make the Confucius Institute train teachers more effectively and targeted.
