The creations of Shi zhecun, which are considered to be the combination between traditional culture of China and western culture, have been illustrated and studied from many different perspectives such as the views of history, culture and society, and especially there have been so many research essays about the use of psychological analysis and the formal techniques in his works. The author suggests that Shi zhecun, as a native Chinese writer, has been under the influence of our indigenous cultures, no matter what tremendous impact he's been affected by external cultures. He's identified, inherited and carried forward Chinese traditions, which have been manifested in his creation. To Shi zhecun, it is true especially. Therefore the thesis intends to expound his inheriting and learning from the scripts for storytelling of Song and Yuan Dynasties in his novels, from the perspectives of humanities spirit and narrative techniques. The thesis is composed of five parts:The first part mainly introduced the current situation of the study of Shi zhecun's creation and the goal and purpose of the thesis'research.Chapter one, "the creation rooted in the Chinese culture":Paying generally attention to his creation from a macro point of view and find the national identity in his works.Chapter two, "Shi zhecun's inheritance to story-tellers scripts' humanism":Analyzing the similarity between She zhecun's novels and story-tellers scripts from the point of humanism.Chapter three, "take example by the narrative way of story-tellers scripts in Shi zhecun's novels":Discussing the referential significance of story-tellers scripts in his novels from the point of narrative techniques.Finally, the conclusion part has given the additional remarks of the contents and traced back to its cause.
