The psychological contract is a type of contract. It is not an employee's belief about the mutual obligations but also a balance relationship between the employee and his organization.Under the trend of globalization, the relationship of organizations and employees are no more stable than the past. To understand the relationship between employees and organizations becomes the core issue which enterprising and researchers urge to discuss. Psychology contract breach is subjective cognitive which can be effected by one's work values.When the psychological contract was breached, it may lead to reduce the employee's belief and performance, and workplace deviance behavior. Workplace deviance behavior consisted of organizational deviance behavior and interpersonal deviance behavior.This study intends to explain the relationship from the view of psychological contracts and to find the influences between psychological contract breach and workplace deviance behavior. And the study will explain the relationship from the view of work values. 518 employees working in corporations were surveyed in random. Here are the several important findings:First, the psychological contract consisted of four components–autonomous control, organizational reward, organizational allowance, personal development. Work values consisted of two components–collectivism and individualism, workplace deviance behavior consisted of two components–organizational deviance behavior and interpersonal deviance behavior.Second, a highly positive correlation existed among psychology contract breach and workplace deviance behavior, and a negative correlation existed among them and work values. A highly negative correlation existed between collectivism and individualism work values.Third, psychology contract breaches resulted in employees' negative attitude and behavior. Psychology contract breach will lead to interpersonal deviance behavior in autonomous control, organizational allowance and personal development, and lead to organizational deviance behavior in autonomous control and organizational allowance.Last, work values have a mediation effect among psychology contract breaches and workplace deviance behavior.
